14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If GMapsScraper AI doesn't meet your needs, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase — no questions asked, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria below.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • 1Within 14 days: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • 2Under 10% credit usage: You must not have consumed more than 10% of the credits included in your plan (e.g., 3,000 credits on Starter, 15,000 on Pro, 180,000 on Advanced Yearly).
  • 3Under 1,000 exports: You must not have exported more than 1,000 leads in total since purchase.
  • 4No abuse flags: The account must not have triggered our abuse-prevention systems (multiple accounts from the same device/IP, disposable email addresses, VPN/proxy signup patterns, or prior chargebacks).
Once the 14-day window has passed, or if any threshold above has been exceeded, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. One-time credit packs are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us first is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is received:

  • Access to the Service and remaining credits is permanently revoked
  • All associated accounts are terminated
  • We reserve the right to recover chargeback fees and share transaction evidence with relevant parties
